Research Approach: Primary telephone interviews against defined KIQs
Involving a predetermined number of research hours per month/quarter

Primary Outcome: Ongoing update of competitor activity
Secondary Outcome: Identification of potential areas requiring future investigation

Primary interviews, usually ~ 25-30 interviews per quarter (dependent upon number of dedicated research hours selected by Client)
Interviews are conversational, lasting between 5 – 45 minutes
Quarterly PowerPoint presentation and/or monthly report
Word report with Executive Summary, Recommendations for Action & Summary Transcripts
